A feedback from my previous complain regarding my upgrade and and me wanting to exchange my device. Well i did receive a call from the manager from the mtn store stating they reviewed my complaint and was willing to do the exchange for me. Im glad it finally has been resolved although when i went into the store to do the exchange the manager did give me his, " not so happy look" and never uttered a word to me. The consultants on the other hand were fabulous and understanding. Especially Oriella, she was amazing.
