MTN prize followup/delivery

<p>On the 21st of September I received a tweet from MTN stating that I won a surprise for having an awesome spirit by engaging with them during the #MTN8 and that I won a spot prize I must check my DMs. They sent me a message saying I have won a Huawei P9 and ask for my contact details, I responded with them and they told me that an MTN consultant will be in touch. I waited the whole week and ended up trying to contact them via twitter they ignored my messages on the DM, I tweeted them their response was that I should be patient. I've waited two months already and again trying to contact them they are being unresponsive. They don't reply to my messages and they do no follow ups. They haven't called, they haven't even asked for my delivery address. There is no communication with them whatsoever.</p>
