MTN Price Plan

MTN migrated me to a very expensive price plan without my knowledge. I tried calling them but their customer care centre takes forever to get through and their agents are clueless. tried dialing *136*4# to try and change the price plan but the only price plan that is not data related was the MTN Pulse which is for under 25s.

Extremely disappointed with the service of such a big company to take advantage of its client and treble charge me without my knowledge.
