MTN Prepaid Sim Cards

<p>Our company had purchased a pre paid Sim card in February 2016. We used it in a 3G ****le for a few months and then switched to ADSL. The Telkom cables where ****** so we where forced to use the 3G ****le again . We loaded a Gig of data plus 500MB over 2 days when the sime card stops working and when we go onto MTN store to find out what the problem is we get told that MTN recycles nymbers not used in 3 months. How did MTN allow the data to be loaded as we have lost money due to this cause and was unable to use the data.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to be refunded for the data that was loaded onto the Sim Card.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your help in this regard would be appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Yusrah</p>
