MTN prepaid customer service plus *********** staff at Mall of the South

I have been trying for the last 3 week to get hold of someone intelligent to assist me in getting mobile data re- enabled on my phone. I have tried all number for prepaid MTN 173, 1555 and held on for over 2 hours to be cut off. I cancelled blackberry as this will not be available as from December anyway and so I go a iphone. Put my card in and guess what no data access. I know that it is not the phone as I have now gone over to vodacom and it works. Went into MTN at The Mall of the South in Alberton on Friday 14th October well everyone was too busy counting stock to assist. After waiting they did do a sim swop and told me to go home do a update on app's and if it still doesn't work bring the phone in and they will send it away to be repaired????? If I want assistance I would need to go to WESTGATE and the only person that can assist is on Maternity Leave and she is normally at The Glen. Went home as I know if needs to be reset at MTN but it is impossible to get through. MTN spend so much on advertising but were is the service. If you are experiencing high volume of calls (for over a year) have you never considered getting more staff or doing an investigation as to why no calls are ever attended too. Why advertise and once you have the clientele you don't give them the service. MTN to have received funds for data which I loaded on my sim card but as I can't get through I will let you keep it as you are not worth my time. Through this you are about to loose 4 contact clients.

Thank you for your reply but do you not think that an enquiry should be done as to why this is happening with your customer call center. The number this quiry relates to is ********** 260.
Why should customer have to go though all the frustration just to get a small issue resolved by having to put complaints on Hellopeter.
I can tell you from experience I am not the only unhappy prepaid customer.
I would appreciate it if the amount lying on the account for data is convertered into airtime as I have already set up my Moms phone on vodacom.
