MtN Pour Service delivery

I upgraded on the 4th April and was told I'll receive my new phone I 3/5 days I never for the phone ; when I called 8 days later I spoke to a manager called Nadia at customer care who told me I should wait till the 10th day on the 13th day I called only to find out that the courier company took the handset back and said I refused it when they never delivered , Isher at complaints department promised to sort things out for me and he said I'll get the parcel by monday; today is Wednesday and still no parcel; now when I call I get tranfered to many places with no help, my question is am I going to be billed at the end of the month and for what?
