MTN Potential *****ulent Annual Financial Statements
After more than a month after registering AND PAYING for MTN superflex, I never received the benefits on my existing MTN prepaid number. I have called 083 135 and depending on who answers I get the following responses: a) "we do not deal with Superflex" {despite the superflex website directing customers to call 083 135 for support}. b) "you have to email ***" {despite address not accepting emails from non mtn addresses},c) "dial *136*4# and select superflex to migrage" {superflex is not one of the options}, d) "I will send an email and we will call before close of business" {I have received this response 13 times, no one has called back, not even once" d) "visit an in person store" { I have visited two different stores that both state they cant help with this, but even more interestingly they tell we that across the country THOUSANDS of customers have the same complaint. If this is true I encourage the Group's external auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Inc. (PwC) and Ernst & Young Inc. (EY) to investigate *****ulent recognition of un-earning income in the financial statements of MTN.
