MTN porting numbers and cannot give answers and reinstate

MTN has ported our 2 business numbers to another provider. It is affecting business nationally & internationally as our international numbers for customer service are routed to our national numbers. Truenav cannot help and MTN is not giving answers. It's been two weeks.

Ridiculous. How do you port numbers to another provider and not be able to reverse it timeously??
