MTN POPI BREACH !!!

I am highly disappointed with MTN, who due to lack of control allowed my Personal Information to be accessed by an unauthorized individual, I was then subjected to an impersonation attack and ***** committed on my account. Further MTN has now indicated that I am liable for the amounts due as a result of the ***** committed, despite being told by an agent on 22 December that the amount would be reversed early in January. On 8 January when I contacted MTN another agent advised that I would be liable. I requested the recording of 22 December; to date I have not received it and yesterday my account was debited for an amount in excess of 7000. Appalled!!!!
