MTN poorest service provider

I have an MTN uncapped home internet, which pays a month in advance. The service provided debited my account for August for the month of Spetember but did not provide any network whatsoever. On top of that the is a credit in my account but they refuse to activiate my coverage, insisting I have to stay two months withou data. The call center people are not helpful at all and no one gives you answers to your questions. I will not recommedn MTN home internet to anyone, they are realy the worst of the worst.
