MTN POOR TRANSACTION AUTHENTICATION

On Sunday the 10 Dec 23 I went to the MTN shop at Bluff Towers, Bluff Durban with the intention of getting my father a new cellphone for his birthday which was on the same day. I was assisted by Gift who I felt was a very good salesman, who help me very proficiently, however MTN did not play the game. I was attended to at 1006B, at 1012B I received notice of my order no: ***, at 1013B I was successfully authenticated and my credit check was approved at 1014B, this is where all failed as MTN failed to complete the transaction thus my father not being able to get his phone.
