MTN POOR SERVICES

I am very disappointed with MTN SA , they are very quick to sell you products , but for services related matters they branches are so poor.Been struggling for 6 months now to cancel my contracts and also to obtain settlement letter.They just don't care about their customer. This need to stop , we are losing money while nothing is being done at their call Centre, they log calls and provide you with reference number but no one ever came back to me.....done with them.
