Mtn poor services

I bought an mtn router at MTN Stoneridge with data and its been a week without the data being uploaded. When I called the MTNcustomer service they reffered me to the store I bought. I called the Stoneridge store they reffered me back to Customer Service. Then customer service reffered me back to store. Went to another mtn store at Boulders Mall and they said go back to Stoneridge because the stoneridge mtn is the one to upload the data. I cant understand why its a back and forth. Up to day no data. The money i have used moving from one place to another is now worth more than to buy another router which i feel is unfair for me considering this is one of the biggest network providers in SA and I m now losing money.
