MTN poor service… untrained agents

MTN has cancelled my number for no apparent reason, I had airtime and bundles and they cut my phone for 2 months, they managed to fix it for one day, and now I’m re-cancelled. They answer their emails every 2 days which makes this process very frustrating, their customer service is soo poor as they don’t even read the emails prior and just answer sub standard
