MTN POOR SERVICE TO CANCEL A CONTRACT

How does one get to speak to a MTN consultant telephonically???I would like yo cancel my contract and I've sent numerous emails and made numerous calls!I was promised to be sent a settlement account yesterday and I am still waiting!Easy to sign up but so difficult to get out of a contract!
