Mtn poor service on data contract

I am very Angry and disappointed with my mtn month to month data contract, they told me when taking it out that i could easily just call 135 simply speak to a mtn consultant and they will change my address every time i need to use the router in a different location but it is near impossible to speak to a mtn consultant, and there is only robots working at mtn i will never recommend them to anyone as they is practically to help from them and service is terrible..
