Mtn poor service no feedback

From the 17th November we are trying to resolve an issue to do an esim swap. We have gone back and forth to the stores multiple times, had calls escalated in the store for had office to assist with no luck. Each time we told the issue is resolved, we go back to the store and there are further issues. No help from twitter reps
