MTN poor service fixing towers

Two weeks almost no network. On for one day then off for 3 days.We changed to MTN because only network with good coverage in this area. No we sit with 2 year contrack but no network. Donkerhoek area Rustenburg. Called network coverage call centre. They said 24 hours problem will be solved. Nothing yet.Believe it is tower next to N4 giving problems but technicians refuse to go up and fix it according to tecnicians from another network. Ref number is ***. Please wake up MTN
