Mtn Poor service!!!

Honestly the mtn service I received in past week is shocking. I've been trying to black list my phone since the 29th to date I still haven't been helped the same matter has been escalated 4 times which still there is no resolution not only do I run the risk of valuable information on my handset landing in the wrong people's hands but my Insurance would need to close off this claim all for not getting an itc number in time I need someone to do something about this!!!
