MTN poor service

Tried to cancel my account, call center representative said that MTN representative will call me back as they are busy, till date no call from representative. Tried many times to call MTN (135) get cut off or put on hold for a long time. Always an issue getting in contact with MTN call center. Further to this, the stores that I purchased the contract from will not cancel the contract. They said to call their cancelation department. Really disappointed with MTN and the way they administrate their business.
