Mtn poor service

I'm disgusted by the service from MTN. I app**** for a contract over a month ago and a lady called me and informed me that I've been approved and delivery will be in 7 days. 2 week later I went to woodmead to find out what the hold up is and I was told to produce documents which I did and was told I was gonna get a call to collect my phone and then today a Smangele calls me and after I explain my situation she just hung up. Should I move to a different Service provider. Maybe I'll be taken seriously there
