Mtn - poor service

An absolutely ********** experience with Mtn. My phone broke and I didn't have access to my simcard so the number was deactivated by them. Tried calling customer service and there weren't any appropriate options on their main menu nor could I get through to an actual human agent. I then proceeded to contact them on their WhatsApp number, finally got chatting to an agent who took a lengthy amount of time to get back to me. Only to be told that my number has been recycled and they cannot assist me. There was zero effort put into helping me yet it was only a few weeks that my simcard wasn't being used. Taking into account, that cellphone number was linked to all of my accounts, personal information and bank account. Absolutely atrocious service from MTN.
