MTN POOR SERVICE. DO NOT USE MTN AT ANY TIME

It has been now 4 months and I am trying to communicate to MTN who can allocate my payments. 20 tickets later nothing. 20 emails later with payment attachments and still nobody from MTN had phone or made contact with me. Can someone from the accounts department who is in charge please just contact me for once and for all
