Mtn poor service delivery

Worse service ever received by Mtn, multiple accounts with individual debit orders instead of one debit order and if one of ur accounts is in default, all ur accounts are suspended.

I canceled a contract in March, paid an earlier termination fee and yet still being debited for this contract. When I call in to have the issue addressed I am sent from pillar to post. Mtn staff are quick to Apologies but take ages to resolve issues, most issues don't even get resolved. U don't get feedback from Mtn unless u request it. I regret ever moving from vodacom to MTN
