MTN Poor service delivery and thieving!!

Worst ever service. App**** for a contract a couple of months ago. Ever since I received the contract I have not received the correct package. Ive been phoning customer care time and time again to resolve this. My contract recording has been reviewed and they admitted that i have been issued with the wrong package. The solution was to cancel the contract and reapply. 2 weeks later the contract has still not been cancelled. I keep phoning and after each call i get a message saying issue escalated and 2 days later issue resolved but nothing happens. In the meantime i have to waste my time and money phoning after them and they keep on taking my money wrongfully month after month. 15 years of being a loyal client of mtn and this is how you get ******. Very poor service
