MTN POOR service delivery

MTN Boksburg on Rietfontein road. On Monday they messed up and kept my wife for 2 hours . We paid extra to get the data sim before the May month so we paid a pro rata amount. Queen said she would call back but she does not. I asked the manager to call me on Wednesday but she never did. Till today queen has my contract and receipts for the transaction for the sim swap and new data sim card. We are paying for something that does not work.
