MTN poor service Delivery

My data that I purchased isn't reflecting. I have never run out of data before. Tried calling last night, they told me their system isn't working. I must call after 2 hours. Called back almost 24 hours later, the same nonsense. After holding for almost an hour, they expect me to call back?! Then I receive an SMS saying my query is resolved.Y’ello! Thanks for using MTN.
