MTN poor service delivery

I have been trying to cancel a contract with MTN but their services are ao pathetic, I phone on ***, I keep being put between cancelation department and legal department then on hold till connection gets list and I must phone back, I have never received such poor service in my life, we have paid the outstanding amount to MTN now trying to cancel a simple contract has become a nightmare we receive smss with query opened and a query number then a few minutes later while im waiting tje query gets closed while im still sitting witj the problem I have. I would lile MTN to make an effort here because i have done everything from my side and i keep being sent from department to department with no help into solving this matter.
