Mtn poor service

Mtn South Africa is one of the worst companies to resolves issues with contracts.

I TM Govender took out data contract with Mtn on 13 November 2021,as consultant at Mtn Umtata store confirmed I would receive a signal in the area.

I took router home tried connecting could not get any signal.I then contacted Umtata branch informing them of issue.

The router together with sim was returned on 15 November 2021Irms number was given to me 720358_1.

A cancelation works order number was given to me on 28 December 2021.

To date I am paying for a service that I am not using R529.00/mth.

I have been calling the 135 number to assist,they give me the run around from department to department issue is still not resolved .

Mtn owes me money and they shying away from paying me.
