Mtn Poor service

For more than a year Ive got signal problems in Beaufort West. I have contacted the Mtn office, the Mtn technical personel,etc. Mtn send an email and says its a "temporary tower" problem, but according to Mtn technical person in this area, Mtn have to upgrade their towers to accommodate all cellphone users. The signal is getting so poor in Bwest, that we can not complete a 3 minutes phonecall without 2 to 3 times call interruption and have to phone again. This problem is in the whole area surroundimg Hospital heuwel suburb and sometimes we have to get outside the house to make a phonecall. Mtn service is poor en seems there is now where we can rapport this problem. Have filled in the "weak signal" report, nothing happened.
