MTN poor service

MTN has the worst customer service I have experienced in my live. The people working at four different MTN shops aren't able to sort out my problem. I am paying for a data package on contract and recieved notifications that I am due for an upgrade, After visiting four MTN shops and spending not less than 2 hours in each shop, they couldn't find my contract number under my name. The arrogant treatment I recieved from some stuff in a Bloemfontein branch is not acceptable. They wasted valuable time, and the feeling I got is that they do not knowing what they are doing on the poor system MTN is running. Still today I have had no feedback after promising that they will escalate the problem to the regional office and come back to me. Empty promises. You just cannot trust any off MTN's staff, they are all lying.
