MTN poor service

MTN store Vaal Mall. Please revamp the whole store. I was there yesterday for exactly 1 hour 25 minutes. They are using old computers that freezes and has to be rebooted every 5 minutes. The is no space. The queue literally went out the store and after the 1h25 minutes wait I got 'we will contact you'. Please close the store if you cannot manage. This is pathetic.
