Mtn poor service

Every month I pay my mtn account from the mtn app. This month I get a message from mtn that my account has been suspended. I called the call center to say I have paid my account. But I was told to send a email with my bank statement. When I did try sending the bank statement it showed that I'm blocked from sending an email to that email address. It's not the first time that mtn is doing this. Mtn is just a waste of time.
