MTN poor service

I had a data contract with MTN that expired and I tried to upgrade it to a laptop contract. Due to installing fibre now. The laptop was delivered on the 15 of February 2022 with none of the extras that was said on the advert. I emailed MTN countless times no response still. I haven't used this laptop it's just lying here. I'm done with MTN.
