MTN POOR SERVICE !

I’ve been trying to a refund from MTN since April. I was deducted twice. I’ve dealt with a lady Kefilwe Pitso who requested my bank statements I’ve sent it through and haven’t gotten feedback. I then called again and spoke to Pabalo who requested but did not send it to the relevant department. After receiving the sms that it’s been completed I called and they had to again load another ticket to the billing department ! I am absolutely disgusted on the professionalism and how MTN conduct business with PAYING CUSTOMERS !🤬🤬🤬
