MTN Poor Service
I am trying to cancel my MTN data contract. MTN Brooklyn gave me the wrong customer care email info??? I googled the correct information. I mailed *** for assistance. I received a generic reply. Still waiting to be assisted . Not sure why is it so difficult to be assisted with such a simple matter?

A person can not phone 083135 from a landline.
I am not making use of an MTN Cellphone.
I would like to cancel my data contract.
The customer care indicated that I can not cancel my contract via email.
