Mtn poor service

I have a contract with MTN, too a home router 24 months subscription, I pay everr month however I have a problem with the router itself as it does not efficiently. It looses connection the ****** thing does not work at all.. Whenever I call the technician the always tell me about a tower that's offline in Vosloorus. I'm sick and tired of being reaped off every single Month. I pay R400 for nothing absolutely nothing. I need help or this contract to be canceled its much.
