MTN poor service at the retention department

It's been 2 months since I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN by dialing 135 unfortunately I have not succeeded with the cancelation to date. If you are trying to get into a contract with MTN just know that you will be setting yourself for failure.

MTN, your retention department has a very poor service cause phones rings for hours without anyone picking up. I am disappointed!!!
