MTN POOR SERVICE AND ******* ( WIFI ROUTER )

I have received the poorest service from MTN.

I app**** for wifi router month to month contract in July 2023 and thet requested me to pay R350 which include a prorata and one month instalment as instalment is paid in advance. My line was activated on the 01/08/2023 , i used for for few days and they suspended the service saying i have to pay again . twice for using the service less than a month. what *******.

I want to this service cancelled ASAP and i will go to a better service provider
