MTN – Poor Service and Unresolved Billing Issue

I have been waiting for a paid-up letter since August, despite logging multiple queries with MTN. Each time I follow up, I am told my case number has been closed without resolution, and I still have not received the letter.

Even more concerning, I am still being billed for an account that was meant to be closed. This reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and ineffective customer service.

I am requesting immediate issuance of my paid-up letter, confirmation that the account is closed, and reversal of any incorrect charges. This ongoing issue has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
