MTN POOR SERVICE AND ****ING!!!

Im so disappointed with the service i received from mtn, I loaded airtime on my sim that i normally use for data and it was all gone, when contacted mtn services they told me that had subcribed for "fun space" and i explained to a lady named Nqobile that I hardly use this sim card and how can i subscribe for something without knowing about it?? I also told her that I have tried to cancel it several time upon randomly receiving an sms, She told me that the only thing they can help me with is to cancel it whereas the first lady that I spoke said they will be able to cancel it and refund my airtime! Guess mtn service people would say anything to get you off their back since i was told different things! I am really disappointed with the service they provide since they can't even protect our numbers from automatically joining everything we have no idea about!
