Mtn poor service and ******* sales agent👎

Mtn sales agent ****med me... 😢 😭 on October 2025 I took a data package for R199 x24 month.. then on November they further more opened 2 more contracts under my name without my consent.. I escalated the issue to ***** department.. the department is very professional on being useless.. up until now I'm a victim I'm paying 2 more contracts not on my position
