Mtn poor service and ***** of its workers

Hope this email finds you well. Actually i took the contract phone which is nova 12i on June it was online application. I started paying end of July as per arrangement, later l received the email says l didn't pay my account. l rushed to MTN shop wanted to find out what was going on. They said my account was not up to date, l was suppose to my first payment end of June which wasn't the agreement.To avoid errears and complications, I made another payment arrangement to cover that month of June. Instead of paying R339.00 I arranged to pay R1258.00 for 2months and come back to normal payment of R339 per month. Which I fulfilled my promise. Later, I received a call from lawyer claiming l am owing mtn account. Which I suspecting to be *******I and ***** taking place through MTN name. I have all the proof if my payments from end if july to now. May l have your help please. Thank you Regards,
