MTN poor service and Joe Jacobs is pathetic

I renewed my MTN contract and money hasn't been deducted for 4 months and my services have been suspended.

I've tried MTN Legal, Joe Jacobs who has failed to even send me why they don't honor their cellphone contract. No-one can assist me, no billing statement, not even their banking details or why my monthly amount wasn't billed.MTN Service is poor and pathetic
