MTN poor service and **********.

MTN is the biggest *****s, I had an MTN contract that went into arrears and was sitting with there legal department. They have than sent my account to so money outsourced legal departments. I have settled my account last month on the 03/09/2020 in fact I have over paid my account, till today I have not received my paid up letter and refund. They are still sending my information to different companies while they are sitting with my money. I opened a personal contact account and have advised from their consultant that its business account. This is all a result of them sharing my information with companies when they are the ones owning me money. They pushing my query from pillar to post cause they don't know, what they have done with my profile.
