Mtn poor service and *****

I had the worst service with mtn, I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. Worst experience ever. Shocking infact. Went for a phone contract which turned out to be a used phone, was unable to log into any of my accounts, kept informing me that my passwords were incorrect. Changed passwords and still same problem. Just grateful I didn't log into my banking details. Weren't helpful when I insisted the day after to have the contract canceled. Finally contract has been canceled. Since my existing sim card was placed in that contract phone I had endless problems. In total I lost close to R800. I was charged R354 for a 8 min call to my mother which happens to live In the same town as me.... was confirmed by a consultant at mtn. R50 was loaded on my sim which just disappeared. Long story short I feel they are *******, unhelpful and wouldn't suggest anyone going to mtn. I feel the phone had spyware as this is unbelievable. I phoned on numerous occasions and was just continually past on. DONT use MTN

I did request billing. You welcome to listen to all voice recordings I had with mtn. I've contacted mtn on numerous occasions. I was charged rediculouse amounts for calls.... listen to the phone calls I had with mtn, then you can get back to me. My number with mtn was *** you can even see what communications were logged. It was the worst experience I have ever received in my life. I will not shut up regarding this. It drained me out running after mtn. I lost money unnecessary.... or should i rather say it was ******.... I've given up with mtn but will let my experience be known to all.

There is *******ion going on in mtn.... how on earth was I unable to use my data for over a week, been charged R354 for a 8min call to my mother's number.... a mtn consultant bought it to my attention as I couldn't understand where my airtime was going to.... then to later be told I was charged that for phoning a mtn number where the consultant agreed that it was supposed to be a free number. I was treated horribly and I had enough. Always been past on to someone else.... I just warn people
