MTN poor service and empty promises

So another week later after a MTN lady promised me to get me my iPhone Xr 128GB, after waiting for it a month before the promise, nothing happened. MTN has no stock even for other phones. Surprise that iStore has all the phones available for Vodacom but none for MTN because MTN locks their phones and have no stock in the country. I wish I could change service providers. I urge all new contract seekers to go for any other service provider other than MTN. The customer service for MTN are extremely poor to say the least.
