MTN Poor service

What a waste of time, I did a upgrade almost 2 weeks ago over the phone, the agent told me that it should take 24 to 48 hours for the upgrade do be done, well it's almost 2 weeks later and all answer I get is it's still in vetting. What the hell that means. Unfortunately I cannot switch to Vodacom, as there will be penalties.
