MTN poor service

I have received a very poor service from MTN they have blocked my sim card of contract while I am not owing them my account is up to date and I am even advanced with payment I have called them several times more than 15times sending emails as well I have different ref numbers but still today I am buying prepaid data while I am paying useless MTN data contract
