MTN Poor Service

I have a business cellphone package with MTN, I also insured the hanset with them. My phone got damaged and I lodged a claim with MTN on the 4th November 2019. I have been calling the call centre and sending emails to *** and I was given ticket number 791513 and 226437. They always give the same answer that 'my claim is under review'. I am highly inconvenienced by their inefficiency, because I use the cellphone to run my business. No one knows how long the review should take
